TERMS:
First orders are pre-paid. Subsequent orders Net 30 days
based on credit approval. MasterCard, Visa and American
Express are accepted.
CUSTOM CAPABILITY:
We offer complete custom kit capabilities to meet any
price point. We can guide you through building virtually
any type of kit to meet your needs. Call your Account
Representative for quotation. Pricing on custom
quotations is valid for 30 days from date issued.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
Electronic artwork is required. PC format, in EPS
(vector format), .ai or .cdr. All text should be converted to
curves/outlines. Artwork charges of $100.00 (g/v) per hour
will apply if required. Please compress large files (over 2
MB). Please submit artwork to art@bagdesigns.com.
IMPRINTING & SET-UP CHARGES:
Catalog prices include a one color, one location imprint
unless otherwise noted. $50.00 (g/v) set up charge per
color / location. $40.00 (g/v) repeat set up charge per
color / location. Additional Color Run Charge $0.80 (g/v)
per color / location. PMS Color Match – close as possible
with no additional charge. Cannot guarantee exact match
as color may vary depending on the color and the
compatibility with the case color.
Justin Case Brilliant Print - Up to 4 color process with one
set-up charge. Artwork must have a background shape
and color. Geometric shapes are required for backgrounds
and will have an approximate 1/8” white border. Bleeds
are available on uncomplicated geometric shapes only.
Background colors should be different from the color of
the product for best results. If the background color isn’t
specified we will default to white. Call for pricing.
Max. imprint area is 20 square inches.
Max. diameter for Circles and Ovals is 5”.
Max. size for Squares is 4” x 4”.
Max. size for Rectangles is 3” x 7".
Lazer Engraving - Cost of engraving LED Flashlights is not
included. Call for pricing.
Embroidery - Cost of embroidery not included. Call for
pricing (note: embroidery is not available on all products).
LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS
Less than minimum charge of $50.00 (g/v) plus regular
set-up charge will apply for imprinted orders. No minimum
on unprinted orders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BLANK GOODS
Pricing for blank products is one column over. If less than
minimum, first column pricing will apply. Please allow 3 -5
days for assembly of blank orders.
SAMPLES
All sample requests must be submitted via fax or email
Random imprinted samples or blank samples are
available at EQP.
PROOFS
Paper Proofs: provided for every imprinted order,
including repeat orders. Orders will not go into production
until a signed and dated proof approval is received.
PRODUCTION TIME
For imprinted orders, allow 5-7 business days from receipt
of purchase order and signed imprint approval and credit
approval (if required). Lead times are quoted based on
stock availability.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders may be accommodated, based on stock
availability and production capacity.
SHIPPING
All shipments will be sent via best method as determined
by the manufacturer. Shipping is pre-paid and added to
invoice unless otherwise requested.

Canadian Orders: FOB Concord, ON, L4K 4T8
Split Shipments: add $7.00 (g/v) per location after the
first, plus freight charges.
Individual Drop Shipments: add $3.00 (g/v) per location,
after the first, plus freight charges.

due to component availability, without previous notice.
